Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for fashion and apparel clients.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences and optimize campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, particularly within the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients on their marketing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on the fashion and apparel industry.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads).
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with email marketing and social media management.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
