Delete your Growww account
What happens when you delete your login, what stays with your brand's records, and how to ask for the rest to be erased.
How to delete it
In the app, on Android, iPhone or the web: Account → Delete account, then confirm. You are signed out straight away. Cannot sign in any more? Email privacy@growwwtech.com from the email address you signed in with, and we delete it for you.
What is removed straight away
- your place in every brand you belong to, and your access to its records;
- your sign-in sessions on every phone and browser;
- the Google Analytics and Search Console access you granted, which we withdraw at Google, and the numbers we fetched with it. A colleague's own connection to the same brand stays;
- your phone notifications record at OneSignal.
If you are a brand's owner, the brand passes to the next person in its Your team list. If nobody is left, the brand's records stay with us until our team adds someone.
What stays
Your login is switched off, not erased, so your brand's projects and requests keep their author. These stay too:
- the brand's contact record, with your name, email address and mobile number;
- the brand's own record: its name, GSTIN, legal name and address, and the result of the GST check;
- requests, with their messages, photos, files, voice notes and call recordings;
- the history of notifications sent to you;
- invoices and quotes for work you hired us for, for as long as tax law requires;
- logs of how our systems were used, for at least one year, as India's DPDP Rules require.
Asking for the rest to be erased
Email privacy@growwwtech.com from the email address you signed in with and ask us to erase your personal data. We erase your name, email address, mobile number and photo from the records we keep, except where the law needs us to keep them (such as invoices), and reply within 30 days.
You can also remove Growww↗'s Google access yourself at any time, at myaccount.google.com/connections. More on what we hold and why is in our privacy policy.
