Who we are

Growww↗ is made by Growww Tech, the trading name of Grovesbox Private Limited, 1st Floor, YBR Nilayam, Dayal Nagar Colony, Vishalakshi Nagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530043 ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Growww↗ app, the web app at app.growwwtech.com and this website. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use it

Growww↗ is for businesses in India with an active GSTIN. You must be 18 or over and allowed to act for the business you sign up. A brand's owner decides who is on its team and is responsible for what those people do in the app.

It is free

There is nothing to pay in the app. If you hire the Growww Tech team for a job, that work is covered by the quote we email you and by the Growww Tech terms, not by these terms.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and the details you give us correct. A GSTIN can belong to one brand here; if your brand is already registered, ask its owner to add you. Tell us at privacy@growwwtech.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Connecting Google

Connect only Google Analytics properties and Search Console sites you are allowed to use for the brand. The access is read-only, and you can disconnect it at any time. What we read and how we use it is in our privacy policy.

What the Analyst's read is

The Analyst's read, its suggested moves and its answers come from your own Google numbers. They are information to help you decide, not financial, legal or marketing advice, and not a promise of any result. They are only as complete as your tracking: if your website does not send a figure to Google, the Analyst cannot see it. The decisions, and what you do with them, are yours.

Fair use

Do not:

• try to reach another brand's records, or anything you have not been given access to;
• probe, overload or disrupt the app, the web app or our servers;
• copy the app's content or data in bulk with scripts;
• upload anything unlawful, harmful or not yours to share, or pretend to be someone else.

Your content and ours

What you upload stays yours. You let us store it and use it to run the app and to do the work you hire us for. The app, the web app, this website and the guides in Learn belong to Growww Tech.

Changes and availability

We improve the app often, so features can change, and we may pause or remove one. We aim to keep it running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. When a change matters to how you use the app, we tell you in the app. We update these terms when needed and change the date at the top.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time; here is what that removes. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other brands or our systems at risk, and we tell you why where we can.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, from using the app or relying on the Analyst's read. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, decide any dispute.
